  • Can it use on a smartphone?

    You can use it on Android device.

    You can also exchange files between Android devices as well as Android devices.
    * For Android, we recommend using the application.
    * Android 6.0 or higher can be downloaded on the web.
    * The iPhone application version is currently under development.

  • Is there no charge for it?

    It's completely free.

    There is no charge etc. Please use with confidence.

  • I want to send multiple files at once.

    Please compress it to ZIP and send it. With Android application, you can send multiple files in one shot.

    Even if you want to send each folder, please compress before sending it.
    * Compression software has been released to the public free of charge on the Internet. Please use it there.

  • It takes time to send and receive.

    File transfer speed is based on customer's environment.

    Regarding transfer speed, it is difficult to answer because it depends very much on the usage environment such as customer's line speed. Please note.
    For example, if the sender is at high speed but the receiver speed is slow, the transfer speed will be slow.

  • I can not send / receive well.

    Please use it in recommended environment.

    For PC, Please use Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera with enable the javascript and cookie.
    For Android, we recommend using the application.
    When downloading with WEB, Please use Chrome on Android 6.0 or higher device.
    * IPhone application is under development.

    If you meet the environment, update the browser to the latest version and try again.
    Also, if your line is thin or unstable communication may be interrupted during file transmission.
    Please change the communication environment or try with a relatively small file once.

  • How is the transfer speed?

    The speed of file transfer depends on the customer's environment.

    Regarding transfer speed, it is difficult to answer because it depends very much on the usage environment such as customer's line speed. Please note.
    For example, if the sender is at high speed but the receiver speed is slow, the transfer speed will be slow.

  • I can not download it even if I access the Receiving URL.

    When the sender closes the page, the file can not be downloaded.

    This service is P2P (Peer to Peer).
    In other words, because of direct file exchange between the parties, files can not be received unless the sending side is in the state of setting the transmission file.
    If the sender is yourself please set the send file again.
    If the sender is the other person, please ask again to set the transmission file.

    In cases other than the recommended environment, reception may not be possible.
    Please do it in recommended environment.

    For unsupported browsers, files can not be downloaded.
    Also, even if javascript and cookie are invalid, files can not be downloaded.

  • The receiving URL is not displayed even if the transmission file is set.

    Your environment is not supported.

    For non-compliant browsers, the receiving URL is not displayed.

  • The downloaded compressed file can not be correctly decompressed.

    Machine dependent characters may be used in the file name.

    Please change the file name of the downloaded compressed file to another name and try unpacking again.
    Or try using another decompression software.

  • Can I send it overseas?

    Yes. There is no problem.

    Regardless of domestic or overseas, no matter where it is sent, there is no problem.
    In addition, we will not be held liable for this service even if troubles etc occur due to sending to overseas. Please use at your own risk.

  • Is security perfect?

    Encryption Security is perfect for SSL communication and P2P transfer.

    - Because encrypted communication is performed with SSL, it is not browsed by a third party.
    - Issuing URL is automatically issued temporary and unique. The URL is never estimated.
    - Because of file exchange with P2P, it is impossible for anyone other than the party to access the file.
    - Since the file is not uploaded and saved to the server, it is not possible for anyone other than the party to access the file.
